Urgent/Routine Referrals
All our consultant-led outpatient services (except for the Fast Track services) are available for referral via the Choose and Book option. This is the Trust's preferred method of referral. This direct option allows you to book our services easily. Clinical information should only be faxed where it is clearly stated within the appropriate section.
